Workshop: Emotional Intelligence

Learn how to intentionally make your emotions work for you by using them to help guide your behavior and thinking in ways that enhance your results. Emotional Intelligence is a skill that is competency based, can be improved and developed and can predict personal success. It is not about IQ, personality type, or aptitude. Individuals will learn emotional intelligence competencies as they relate to intra- and inter-personal interactions, and explore the four quadrants of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management.
