Please be advised that demolition of 200–220 South Broadway will begin on Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at 7 a.m.
Demolition of the buildings will take approximately four days and removal of the debris will take two to three weeks. During this time, Stevens Street will remain open; however, work trucks will be parked on Stevens Street between Broadway and 5th Street and may impact the flow of traffic.
Please plan accordingly.
