Epic Unscheduled Connectivity Issues: Monday, May 14, 2018

UPDATE 5/14/18 12:06 PM: Our connectivity issues are due to AT&T connection.  We are currently working with AT&T on this issue.  The connectivity is working.  However, until we receive confirmation from the vendor, we may experience intermittent connectivity issues.  Should this occur, please continue to try to log in as it should not last more than a few minutes.  Once again, we will continue to work with the vendor to stabilize all connections as soon as possible.

DESCRIPTION:  The Epic Production system seems to be experiencing connectivity issues.  The IT team is aware and is actively working to correct the issue.

IMPACT:  All Epic users on the system may be impacted by this connectivity issue.  We ask for you to look for further updates as we correct issues.

OTHER AFFECTED SYSTEMS:  Upstream and downstream interfaced systems will experience delays in traffic
