Introducing Jabber for Employee Communications

To help you collaborate and communicate with your colleagues more easily and productively, IT will be providing you with a new communication tool from Cisco called Jabber. Using Jabber, you will be able to reach your colleagues through instant messaging, video and voice calling, and desktop sharing.

Jabber will be installed on all Cooper devices the week of November 26, 2018.

How can I get training:

  • A WebEx session is scheduled for Wednesday, December 5, 2018.

For employees who were using Microsoft Lync and Skype, Jabber will replace those tools.
