Due to Cooper University Health Care’s continued growth, we have a need for additional employee parking on the main campus. We are pleased to announce that Cooper is partnering with Rowan University on construction of a new, $32 million, multi-level garage that is scheduled to open in November 2020.
The new 1,025 parking-space garage will be conveniently located behind Cooper Medical School of Rowan University, between Benson Street and Washington Street (see map below). The new garage will not be open to the public. All of the parking spaces are dedicated to Cooper employees and CMSRU employees and students.
Once completed, all employees, except CCBO employees, will be relocated from the Waterfront Garage to this new garage on the hospital campus.
