There is an issue with the search for files feature that is being worked on by the IT application team.

DESCRIPTION: The EARS database is being moved to a new server.
IMPACT: Risk Management event reporting will not be available through EARS during the downtime.
SUPPORT: During the downtime, please call Risk Management directly at 856.342.2112 to report an event. A Risk Management associate will conduct a phone intake and will manually enter the report into the system.
OTHER AFFECTED SYSTEMS: No additional systems will be effected by the downtime.
