Kronos Upgrade

On Tuesday, November 10, 2020, Cooper launched a new version of Kronos, our time and attendance application.
The new version of Kronos will be similar to the current one, but will include several additional functions and features that make it easier to use:

• You will be able to log in from home without logging into Citrix.
• Improved scheduling and reporting capabilities.
• Increased security with dual-factor authentication.

Please note: Kronos will not be available from 8 p.m. on November 10 through 11 p.m. on November 11, 2020. During this time, you will be able to punch in and out on the Kronos clocks. However, if you do not take a meal break, you must complete an exception form and submit it to your manager.

All Cooper team members will have access to review their own timecard within Kronos. We strongly recommend that you check your timecards weekly to ensure that your information is accurate.
