Cooper physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) are invited to learn about the Cooper Peer Support Program. Peer support is nonjudgmental and confidential support from your peers that enhances our Cooper culture of advocacy, and a shift from silence to sharing. While peer support can assist professionals involved in critical events, or during moments of distress, it is NOT counseling. Peer supporters are volunteers who undergo training to listen, acknowledge and enhance professional well-being. The program can also connect you with additional resources that may be helpful.
Peer support is available any time by sending a message to one of the email addresses below. Each is monitored by trained physicians and APPs.
