Cooper Norcross Run the Bridge

On Sunday morning, November 3, 2013, the historic Ben Franklin Bridge will close to allow more than five thousand runners and walkers to participate in this year’s Cooper Norcross Run the Bridge event presented by AmeriHealth New Jersey. This unique 10K run and two-mile bridge walk—the largest in the tri-state area—benefits the Larc School, located in Bellmawr, NJ, serving students with a wide range of moderate to severe disabilities. Since 2001, this event has raised over $2,500,000 for the school.

Join the Cooper Volunteer team in helping to make this event another huge success. Cooper volunteers hand-out water to runners, help marshal the walkers, and provide needed support in other areas.

• Volunteers meet at Campbell’s Field at 7 a.m.
• Opening ceremonies begin in Campbell’s Field at 7:50 a.m.
• Race starts at the foot of the bridge at 8:30 a.m.

If you, your friends or family members are interested in joining the volunteer team, email wexler-rhonda@cooperhealth.edu. To learn more about the race, visit www.runthebridge.org.
