You Can Still Pick Up Your Cooper Gift!

If you haven’t received your Cooper chair yet, you may pick it up from Cooper Solutions Center now through Tuesday, July 31, 2018. Cooper Solutions Center is open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Employees working on the weekend can pick up their gift on Saturday, July 28, 2018, from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Cooper University Hospital in the Roberts Pavilion, room 1004.

Pick-Up Guidelines

All active Cooper University Health Care employees are invited to pick up their employee gift at any of the remaining scheduled locations (see schedule below).

A few key tips to ensure a successful pick up:

  • When you arrive at a pick-up location, please make sure to have your Cooper ID badge with you – as it will be required for pick up.
  • All employees will swipe your Cooper ID badge on a card reader to pick up your gift at the designated dates, times, and locations.
  • Employees on leave of absence will be eligible to pick up your gift upon your return.
  • One gift per employee, please.
  • Distribution has been coordinated for ambulatory and non-ambulatory offices with less than 25 employees. Delivery began yesterday, July 16, 2018.
  • Because this gift is for our Cooper employees, we have guidelines around eligibility. Temporary agency employees and summer interns are not eligible to collect an employee gift.

Revised Pick-Up Schedule

Cooper University Health Care employees are welcome to pick up their gift at any of the scheduled pick-up locations and times:
