DURATION: 15 minutes
DESCRIPTION: The Epic Production system will be paused in order to install necessary updates for COVID-19 functionality, as well as safety and security escalation fixes.
IMPACT: All users in the system at that time will have their Hyperspace (Epic) session paused and should be returned to the same place at the conclusion of the pause. Due to the short nature of this pause, Epic Read-Only will not be enabled. In addition, interface traffic may be delayed, but will queue and should transmit at the conclusion of the pause. It may take up to 10 minutes after the pause is complete for the backlog of queued interface traffic to clear.
OTHER AFFECTED SYSTEMS: All interfaced systems will experience delays in traffic during and immediately after the pause.
