Cooper Honors Cardiac Nurse With DAISY Award
Cooper University Health Care recently recognized cardiac care unit nurse Alyson Karbach, RN, of Sicklerville, NJ, with the DAISY Award for providing exceptional care.
Karbach was nominated by the daughter of an elderly patient who described Karbach as “very caring, empathetic, and supportive while my father struggled with low blood pressure episodes which frightened him greatly. All of the Cooper nurses were excellent, but she was a calming presence and really stood out.” Read more.

Cooper University Health Care will serve as the medical services provider at the 2016 U.S. Women’s Amateur Golf Championship. This national championship, conducted by the United States Golf Association (USGA), will be held August 1-7, 2016, at Rolling Green Golf Club in Springfield, PA.
Cooper University Health Care celebrated the expansion of its women’s and children’s facility in Washington Township with a ribbon cutting ceremony on June 17, 2016. The additional space will provide more exam rooms, conference/event space and a more open flow for patient and visitor traffic. It will also allow for expanded evening hours, giving patients more convenient appointment options.
